Cellar

The cellar of the Palazzo delle Clarisse contains more than 500 different wines, with a wine list that includes, in addition to the classics, some true Italian jewels.

Extreme attention to the local products and a continuous research:
these principles inspired us to select the labels composing our wine cellar.

For this reason, next to the list of renowned wine, appreciated by wine lovers, we decided to explore new paths, looking for new labels produced by small vineyards, that are not well known on the market, but able to create high quality products that deserve the same recognitions of the famous ones.
